Returns:
As always, we sincerely thank you for placing an order with us. However, we do realized that occasionally an item needs to be returned.
We welcome your return as long as it meets the following criteria:
- The item has been purchased within the last 60 days.
- The item has not been used, worn, or washed and is in its original packaging.
- The item was not a "special order" item.
- Your item is sent back to us with the necessary Return Form.
Items purchased via the Internet may be returned for full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items returned after 30 days, and up to 60 days, may be returned for store credit only. All items returned must e in the same condition as time of purchase with all tags attached and include original invoice. Items worn, washed or that have had alterations may not returned or exchanged.
A special order item is an item that we do not keep in stock. This item will fall into one of two categories:
- This item can be returned to our manufacturer if you decide to return it to us. If this is the case, we will gladly issue credit for your item, less a 20% restocking fee to cover our costs in returning this to our manufacturer.
- This item cannot be returned to our manufacturer. In this rare instance, we apologize, but your item will NOT be able to be returned or exchanged.
If you place an online order for a "special order" item, you will receive an email informing you of this, which category your item will fall into (returnable or non-returnable), and approximate delivery time. It will then inquire how you would like to continue with your original order. We will not being processing a special order item without your acknowledgement and consent!
Footwear cannot show signs of wear and must be returned in original packaging. Manufacturer warranties will be honored. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping and handling fees.
Unwanted/Non-Damaged Items
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our products they may be returned IN ORIGINAL CONDITION and IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING within 30 days. You must provide a copy of the original invoice with your return. A restocking charge of 20% may be applied. If the item is returned damaged or shows sign of wear, no refund will be given. Returns must be pre-authorized by McGee Uniform & Supply before they are returned to our office.
Shipping and handling charges, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable. Items that are tailored or customized, as well as sale items or "specials" are not refundable.

Shipping:
All of our items are shipped by the United States Postal Service or UPS. Postal Uniforms will always be shipped USPS. UPS automatically insures all packages up to $100 in value, insurance is optional for all Postal shipping. At this time, international orders and shipping are not available. If a product is backordered you will be notified by e-mail. We strive for normal shipping within 2-5 business days. These times do not apply to items that require alterations or customization. Depending on what is requested, it may take up to 5-10 business days for alteration, or up to 6 weeks for a custom transfer to be manufactured and applied.
Backorders
Many items are in-stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the product page. We strive to maintain appropriate inventory levels for all in-stock items. On occasion an item may appear as in stock on the website but may be out-of-stock on our storeroom shelves. If this happens you will be notified by e-mail that the item is backordered. Our restocking cycle for depleted inventory can vary anywhere from 10-30 business days. Please contact us if you need confirmation of availability.
Note: Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by McGee Uniform & Supply. Weather delays and other uncontrollable circumstances may affect delivery times. Shipments may take longer during holiday or other high volume shipping periods. Once an order leaves our premises, the shipper you choose becomes responsible for you order.
Order are given a Tracking number (if available) which you can use to follow the shipment of you package(s).
Lost or Damaged Goods
You should carefully inspect each shipment. Claims or lost or damaged items need to be made by you, with your chosen shipper.
